Last updated: January 1, 2026

This translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (French "Conditions Générales de Vente", CGV) govern the provision of the SERVO software, an online repair shop management service (SaaS) published by Maison Du Geek, to its professional customers.

Any subscription to a SERVO plan implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Subscription and free trial

SERVO is offered as a monthly subscription priced at €49 excl. VAT per month, everything included. The subscription has no minimum commitment period.

A 30-day free trial is offered to every new customer, with no credit card required. At the end of this period, the customer freely chooses whether to take out a paid subscription.

3. Price and payment

The subscription price is stated in euros, exclusive of taxes where applicable. Payment is made monthly by credit card, on the due date.

An invoice is issued for each payment and made available in the customer area.

4. Term and termination

The subscription is entered into for a one-month term, automatically renewed by tacit agreement. The customer may cancel at any time from their account, the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current period.

No pro-rata refund is made for a month already started, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Service availability

Maison Du Geek uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond its control.

6. Customer data

Data entered by the customer remains their exclusive property. It is hosted in France and isolated per shop. The customer may request an export of their data at any time.

7. Liability

Maison Du Geek shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. In any event, its liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer over the last twelve months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Maison Du Geek's registered office.
